Fibroadenomas are benign growths, and in Ayurveda, they are correlated with Granthi—a condition of Kapha and Meda imbalance. Non-surgical management is possible in many cases using Kanchanar Guggulu, Arogyavardhini Vati, and specific local therapies like Lepa and Basti, combined with diet correction and hormonal balancing. With a consistent Ayurvedic approach, reduction in size and prevention of recurrence is achievable. Please consult in person for proper assessment and personalized care.

Fibroadenomas are benign and usually don’t require surgery unless they grow or cause symptoms. In your case, the sizes are small and can be managed conservatively. Regular monitoring, a balanced diet, stress reduction, and hormonal support (like Ayurvedic herbs or supplements under guidance) can help. Surgical removal is only needed if there’s rapid growth or discomfort. Stay reassured and consult regularly for follow-up.
Next Steps
Visit a breast specialist for clinical evaluation and schedule regular ultrasound monitoring every 6–12 months. If you prefer natural management, consult me an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalized non-surgical plan. Avoid self-medicating and track any changes in size or symptoms.
Health Tips
1- Limit caffeine and high-fat foods. 2- Include flaxseeds and cruciferous vegetables

Ayurveda can help shrink it with panchakarma procedures and local applications. But Treatment can be advised after complete evaluation only. However you can try the below medicines for 1 month and observe. If no any improvements better to consult a doctor after 1 month. varanadi kashaya 4tsp with 4tsp warm water in empty stomach daily. Massage with castor oil/application of triphala paste daily may also help shrink it.
