Single gestational sac, fetal pole and yolk sac seen at 6 weeks 3 days scan and 8 weeks 1 day follow up scan.
Crl(6w3d)-0.34cm, FHR-115bpm
Crl(8w1d)-5.4mm, FHR- absent
Tsh value-4.2 under medication of thyronorm of 37.5mg during pregnancy.
Gynac further asked me to terminate it.
But radiologist asked me to wait for a week for confirmation ( reason- vascular pulsations strategy)...
This is my second time pregnancy...in first pregnancy I had a missed miscarriage where I had a brown discharge and bleeding.
This time I don't have anything as such.
Could there be any possibility as said by my radiologist? Please tell me

At 8 weeks and one day fetal heart beat should be seen you are advised to proceed with termination of pregnancy rather than wait
There is nothing called vascular pulsation strategy
The heartbeat that was visible is not visible now
This is missed abortion
