Fewer bowel movements
Hi, I always had fewer bowel movements ever since childhood. Mostly twice a week. But I don't feel constipated nor my stools are hard. Is it normal to have two bowel movements a week? Very rarely its 3 per week  but never have been everyday. I don't have any discomfort either. but most of the times my rectum isn't clear..I can't empty out totally. Even if the stool is soft my rectum doesn't empty fully. With the help of gloves and finger I have to clean it. Is this normal? And two bowel movements per week is also normal? Please advice.thanks

No it's not normal to have such less stool Frequency. If u r requiring mannual evacuation of stools that's not a good sign. U need to consult a Gastroenterologist for evaluation.
