Fever with no cold cough
My daughter is 1 year old and weighs 9.8 she had fever last night 100 and i gave her paracetamol 2.5 ml. In morning it was 99.4 She is not having cough or cold. But a few days back she was doing poops frequently. What should I give her?? Anything to worry??

It's common in viral illness. If fever recur keep giving her paracetamol 6hourly. Maintain hydration by giving ORS or extra fluids if watery stool present.

Nothing to worry in this. Fever can be just due to weather change. Just kee giving paracetamol for few days in case of fever and everything will be fine.
