Fever with no breathing issues

My mom i suffering from fever yesterday night it was 99 and today morning it was 101. She is also talking about a bit of pain below chest not the chest . there is no breathing issue

Monitor her symptoms. isolate,Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby. Better if covid test is done
