My Daughter got Fever Since 2 days with Cough also. we are alrrady used Paracetmol syrup but no use. So, Please Suggest Best Syrups to my Daughter.

Hi, More detailed history required. Viral infection will take 3-4 days to settle. Continue paracetamol if temperature more than 99.4 deg F
