Fever with cold and dry cough
My kid is suffering from fever aat 101.3 (with digital touch thermometer). He was caught with cold since 2 days (from 13-aug) following a dry cough. Yesterday it came severe with fever and blocked nose and cough. He is shivering now. Can you please suggest me what needs to be done immediate relief. Thank you.

Dear parents, Your child is suffering from cold coryza, cough & fever. Give her following treatment Syp Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon ful once a day Sy Wikoryl Ds one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days. Syp Axalin half teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days
