Fever, throat pain, tlc/neutrophi is low
Dear Doctor,
5 days ago I started out by having a High grade fever of 103F which didn't go with oral paracetamol and was given iv paracetamol and subsided. After the fever i started having throat pain with difficulty swallowing. And my cbc report says i have mild leucopenia. Tlc is 3.49 thou/cumm and neutrophil is 1.95 thou/cumm. Do i need to worry about my low wbc count? Please help.

Apart from fever and throat what other symptoms do you have ? Any cough nose block bodyache
