Fever spike during sleep
Hello, My son is down with cold and cough since one week with fever not exceeding 102. I'm giving him paracetmol medicine when his temperature spikes. Since yesterday, i have been noticing that his fever is only on rise when he's asleep. Once he wakes up, his temperature gradually returns to normal and he is active as usual. Please let me know the reason for this and possible home treatment. I'm already giving him sponge bath. Thank you m
