My 4 yr old son has been having fever since yesterday. I was giving him Calpol 250 mg but the fever is shooting up. Yesterday gave him meftal p syrup when d fever touched 103. It eventually subsided. Have been giving calpol
morning and noon but D fever is now 104. Can I give meftal p syrup now?
