Fever not going Down
I have been suffering from a mild cold and cough for nearly a week now. However, yesterday evening I got very high fever. I was trembling and I couldn't move. My entire body had become weak. I don't usually get fever with shivers like this. I took a paracetamol (Ibugesic plus) and Benadryl for my mild cough soon after getting the fever. I tried sleeping but I couldn't. I tried walking but my legs felt too shaky. Within an hour, I could feel the fever reducing as I started sweating a lot. After that, I did not get fever again yesterday. I just took another tablet of Ibugesic plus and went to bed. I got up today morning and I was feeling a little cold. I'm not sure if I have a fever now because it does not seem as severe as yesterday. I have a taxim o for emergency purposes. Should I take that medicine or should I take something else? Please guide me through the same.
