  4. Fever not coming does. P after 5:30 hrs.

Fever not coming does
Consulted with Doctor. Asked to give calpol if fever is >99 and meftal P if it is >100. Given meftal P as fever was 100.8 but Meftal P is not working. Fever is not coming down. Again gave meftal P after 5:30 hrs.
