Ibugesic plus vs calpol
Fever very rarely subsides with calpol or paracetamol, with ibugesic plus always works for my child. How often can I give ibugesic plus for my child?

Hi..Its not good to give ibugesic plus always as it has ibuprofen not good in dengue fever and other conditions.. paracetamol works well with right dose ,given at peak of fever with sponging..
