Asked for Male, 24 Years

I feel like i have fever. But iam getting sweats and my oral temperature is only between 97.6 to 98.3. I have anxiety and stress problem and overthinking and panic. I have taken cbc crp d dimer ferritin ldh and ct chest a week back. all my blood reports are normal and ct chows CORADS 1 only. I have asthma problem and i also have mucus coming for more than 3 months. Can i need to take paracetamol even if my temperature is normal as i feel like i got fever?
