Fever is not reducing

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Fever is not reducing with Meftol 3.5ml My son has fever since f 3 days and, yesterday we met doc and he told us give him meftol. But his fever is subside by just 1 or 2 degree then again come back 103 or 103.5 What should i do, as it is very late night ?

Please keep the child hydrated try to give lot of liquid coconut water and alternate paracetamol with meftal every 4 hours get a urine routine done
