Fever in 3yr old baby
My daughter is 3yrs old,weight 14.2kgs,she lost half kg weight during loose mottions,since yesterday she is having fever ,after giving calpol 250 4 ml it reduces and again comes after sometime, can i give her clarinova 125 ?? Will it reduce fever ? No cold and cough as of now.. she has tonsils and white layer on tonsils
