Fever, headache and vomiting

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I got fever on sunday with headache. After 2 days fever is gone but little headache was still there also there was no urge of food at all. Today tried dinner after some initial cough i vomited. What could be the reason. Also feeling weakness and body pain.

Take following medicines for 3 days. Tab Dolo 650 1 tab 3 times a day, tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach. . For excess vomiting take tab. Ondem 4mg 1 tab wherever required
