I have fever since Monday.
I am using antibiotics for fevers and paracetamol.
After using medicine my temperatures is nearly 98 otherwise 99.

Since this is the flu season, it can be a viral or a bacterial infection and medications like antibiotics can be given according to the diagnosis.

Please don't use antibiotics for fever unless you are sure of bacterial infection... usually viral fevers take 3 days for complete recovery
