Fever from ten days
Hi dr,
My son is of 7 years getting fever from 10days around 100-103..our dr done many tests including covid, dengue, typoid, c reactive. Everything is fyn but wbc count is 3000 and it increased to 3500.i attached the reports below. What may be the cause doctor unable to find out. Rather than fever he has no symptoms.

Since wBC is less, do bone marrow. Consult pediatrician so that I can guide you better. Better admit the child.

Hello. Your history is incomplete and need to see all the done reports as well as need to do complete physical examination for such a long-standing fever of unknown origin. Please get a direct consultation done for better evaluation and management.

Depending on your brief history and report, my opinion is-
1.Typhoid fever possible- even typhoid negative
2.Some hidden focus of infection.
