Fever from past five days
I have fever of 99.5 from past five days with some cold and head heaviness. I have palpitations. I am on Eltroxin tablet. First I used to take 100mcg from two days I have reduced it to 75 mcg. I am now feeling very low and depressed. Why is my fever not reducing. I don't know why I am not getting the perfect diagnosis. I know I am placing my question in free consultation that is because even a single penny means a lot for me. I don't have job... I am in confusion. Even to get covid test the labs near me asks for 3000 to 4000 rupees. To go to government hospital there is no one to help me... Please it is a request if anyone can give a solution to this problem. One more thing on December 31,2020 BBMP conducted covid test and it came negative, but for me fever started on January 5, 2020.  Is there any connection with this. Please help me..

Temperature 99.7 degree and above is considered as fever(oral) 99.4 and above umderarm.so if you have fever you can take paracetamol 650mg tablet.. but if the fever is not subsiding after 3 days and it is associated with other symptoms you may require some tests.. for that you have to consult  online or visit a clinic nearby. Isolate yourself, monitor your symptoms, drink plenty of warm liquids, steam inhalation 3 times daily, salt water gargling , avoid oily and spicy food, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions, sleep minimum of 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels every 6 hours.
