Fever for more than 1 month
A 4y/o having fever for more than 1 month and not getting better.
E.S.R. (westergens) is 60 (normal range is 1-10) any idea why it's so high? Thanks in advance for the reply.

If documented fever daily for 1 month then further workup is required to rule out rare Infectious condition. If everything is negative then admit him to hospital for detailed investigation.
