Fever even after 10 days of Covid

Asked for Male, 51 Years

My father is having fever even after days of covid. There was no fever in between 3-4 days and then again he is having fever from last 2 days.Oxygen saturation is around 97.He is having little bit of cold and cough as well. Please recommend further course of action. Should we go forward with the HRCT chest scan?

Yes you have to do HRCT Chest, CBC, CRP, D-Dimer, IL-6, LDH, S. Ferritin

U need blood test to rule out any other infection that can cause fever..... No need of hrct as saturation is well maintained
