My son is 3 years old.yesterday we have come to our town.He is having  cold, running nose congestion,fever from today.

Give syrup Prospan 2.5ml thrice a day for cold etc. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey if possible, put haldi in milk. Give crocin 120 syrup for fever. How high is the fever? Is the child playful ? What is the weight?
