Hi my baby is 41/2 months old. She is having  light fever and cold. From morning she had loose stool 4 times what to do. Pls help me

Continue breastfeeding Give paracetamol drops for fever along with enterogermina respules ½ once a day for 3 days. Consult if the baby is dull/ lethargic, refusing feeds or if urine output is decreased.
