Doc my daughter had fever from yesterday around 100 nd she has cough and cold from today .and had stomach pain yesterday ..she had taken nice yesterday and today nimsaid p ...bt there is no recovery from it ...she has bodyache too ...what to do in this case ..what med should i gave her plz reply waiting for your response

It can be a viral fever . Tablet dolo 650 mg is safe to take for fever.. monitor temperature and oxygen levels every 6th hourly,don't take nice tablet..  salt water gargling,steam inhalation,drink plenty of fluids,certain blood test have to be done to rule out what is the cause of fever... Kindly consult
