Dear doctor ,My son is having fever since 5 days an today we did his blood test ,can you pls tell me ,i'll be taking this reports to doctor on monday ,can anyone tell me this ,Attaching report below ..Thank you

Please visit a pediatrician as he does have some sort of urinary infection . But he is very young so please get his treatment started as early as possible
