My son age 5 years Weight 15 kg Having Fever ( little bit high not checked) Cold ( mild) Cough From yesterday Used medicine Fepanil Alex p Clavam kid forte kid is eating drinking the problem is fever not decrease after using medicines. Is it ok or any sugeetions plz..? Plz give reply

Fever since how many days? Clavam kid is an antibiotic and to be prescribed by a doctor only. Alex P is ok for cold and fever. Fepanil may not be not needed as Alex p has fever medicine   Is it a dry cough ?cough syrup is different for dry and wet cough
