I have been treated with urinary infection recently. agin after few days I got cold,cough and getting fever at night time with temp of 103 don't know why.

Urinary tract infection is not related to your ongoing upper respiratory track infection(URTI). Due to dip in temperature, URTI are common and viral rather than bacterial infection is common. You can take paracetamol and levocetirizine and a cough syrup depending on nature of cough. Hot stream and warm soups might be reliving. Take care.
