The combination of high fever, sharp burning during urination (Dysuria), and intense lower back pain (Flank pain) is a classic clinical indicator of a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) that may have ascended to the kidneys, known as Pyelonephritis. The extreme weakness and dark urine suggest your body is struggling with a significant systemic infection. While you mentioned taking two i-pills this week, emergency contraceptives primarily cause hormonal fluctuations and wouldn't typically cause a high fever or back pain; however, they can sometimes mask or complicate the body's inflammatory response. This requires immediate medical attention to prevent the infection from spreading to the bloodstream (Sepsis)
