Hello doctor, I have 100 F fever and head ache, I am 5 month pregnant , can i take paracip 500 , plzzzz suggest

You can take Paracetamol 650 2-3 times if required. If you have any other symptoms other than fever better take consultation once

Yes you could take paracetamol.
Try home remedies as well, keep monitoring yourself. Seek consultation in case fever doesn’t subside .
