  4. Above 100 fever. Take procin or fepanil?

I have fever now (101)# I m 11 week pregnant, I have only Procin tab in which only paracetamol 500mg.. Salt And I have Fepanil tab(in which Paracetamol /Acetaminophen salt ) So🙏 🙏🙏Please it's urgent Urgent, already time is too late n shops r closed🙁anybody reply which med I will take Procin or Fepanil???
