Fever and vomiting
My son is 3.5 years old has a high grade fever 102 and vomiting and stomach pain and not eating anything since last night.

Give him syr containing ofloxacin with Metronidazole, also add syr Drotin Ds and Paracetamol, and for vomiting syr Ondem plus ORS.
