Fever and runny nose

My baby is 2year 3 months old that have runny nose from a week,fever from two days and last night vomiting one time. He don't want to eat anything only take water.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
