Fever and Nausea
I had on and off fever since 5 days I checked with doctor after 2 days I had 100.4 fever she told me to take Dolo 650 4 times a day and plenty of water. Nothing is working out. I am having vomiting sensation as if there's something stuck inside that needs to get out of system. Headache is less now and no weakness from 2 days. What should I do?

100.4 isn't a significant fever Dolo 650 can be taken max three times in a day, the dosage seems wrong Add a good antacid + antiemetic for Nausea/vomiting
Next Steps
If doesn't recover, take proper consultation
Health Tips
Hydrate Small meals every 2 3 hrs
