  4. Fever and headache. Plz suggest me!

Hi sir.. I have no fever last 2days but headache is smoothly continue... But 2days before cold start in body from 4:00PM and fever increased by 9:00PM and automatically down after 12AM....Plz suggest me

Hi, There is a possibility of viral fever. You should get yourself investigated for it.. Complete blood count, dengue NS1 antigen test, malaria antigen test. You should take plenty of oral fluids ORS, Tab paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily..
