Fever and Dry cough
Doctor, My mother has been suffering from high fever (102-104F) and cough since 13th july 2021,Her covid RTPCR and rapid antigen test is negative. Her oxygen saturation level (90-95), sometimes 88,from last 3 monthsChest. CT scan done yesterday. Reports are 1)Few areas of fibrotic streaks in anterior segment of RML. 2)Fibrotic Band In posterior segment of rule. Her fever is going and coming. He has

Hi. I understand your concern s. Even though RTPCR is negative it still can be covid due to variants. If oxygen is persitently less than 92% then she needs immediate hospital admission. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription

Detailed history is necessary. Does she had any Tb previously. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
