Covid test + on 1.6.20 now fever not since three days but dry cough since then not cure cough syrup Macbery xt taken no relief some times congestion in breathing happens

Keep close watch on your symptoms especially in breathing difficulty. If any worsening immediate go to hospital. Stay home with proper hand hyeigene and social distancing. Take proper sleep and balanced diet, maintain adequate hydration.
