My kid is 3 yrs now. He is facing cold and fever since yesterday.. We gave him crocin DS every 6 hrs.. but temperature is goes down and comes back again. Kindly suggest..

Hi. This is common in all viral Illness. On and off fever for 2-3 days would be there
