Fever and cold
Baby is having cold and fever for last three days. Baby weight 8.5kg. P-120 syrup 0.8 ml has been been from Thursday morning till today (three days). Levolin syrup 2.5ml and Naso clear are also given for last three days. Now, temperature is 102 and cold prevails. Can we start to give KIDpred? Kindly advise.

For routine cough cold use of kidpred is not recommended. Usually viral infection persist for 5 to 7 days. Continue same medication. Syp P-120 dose for fever is 5 ml each time. If other symptoms develop or any difficulty in respiration is there then visit your pediatrician
