Hey sista ... U need to do some investigation.. mainly CBC , PS FOR MP , WIDAL . Start chloroquine 150 mg 3 day course .. day 1) 600 mg followed by 300 mg after 6 hours Day 2 & 3 one tab two times in a day Take paracetamol 500 mg three times a day
