Fever,headache,weakness are some of the most common side effects of covishield vaccine.These lasts for 1-2 days.

It's normal to have fever and weakness for 2 days use paracetamol tablet thrice a day for 2 days
If fever continues for a week it means you might have inflected with corona at vaccination center or any other infection.

Fever can appear from 1st to 2 Nd day and remain till 5 th day as well .. many patient don’t complain any symptoms. Depends on patient to patient
