Fever 102.3
My son is having fever 102.3 and I have given Calpol 120 syrup 6ML and as per doctor's advice I'm giving this in SOS on every 4 hours but I can see fever is not going down, I'm worried what should I do? I have given fever exact an hour ago

Please don't give him pcm so frequently. Start Cold/tepid sponging, keep the baby hydrated and if the fever persists more than 3-5 days then you might have to start baby on antibiotics. But not just right away. Don't give PCM more than 3rice a day. Or Max to max 4 times pls.

Greeting u can give Tepid sponging and use it dose of meftal to reduce the temperature Kindly hydrate the child well Give soft diet Consult if required
