Calpol 120 mg syrup or Calpol 250 mg syrup. Which one should I take for my kid for fever. He is 22 months old and 9.8kg weight.

Sorry to say , nothing is better. we must use appropriate dose. It is 15mg per Kg. you can but any paracetamol 120 wipe the baby with clean towel mg / 5ml of syrup two-three times a day. But must know the cause of fever. Is it viral? is there any col cough? or is there any urine problem?check urine routine for infection.If cold cough, add Vitamin C 100mg Od Buy cecon tablets Take care of Hydration. Feed enough of water.

Both are the same. Only dose will change. There is nothing better or worse. For 125mg you will have to take around 5.5 -6ml. Then 250mg, you will have to take 3 ml
