Fever 102°
I'm having 102°c fever. Was struggling with gas problem from early morning. My stomach hurts. Had rantac 300 at 10:30 and 2 famocide 20 at 12:30 . Took pyregesic 650 at 4:40. Yet I'm shivering. I'm having headache. At the back side of head. What shall I do now.

Covid 19 Rtpcr or home based rapid antigen test.
Self isolation at home
Drink lots of fluid
Take rest , monitor temperature
Take Crocin tablet whenever temperature is above 100F
