Fetus kidney's swelling
Hi doc, I am 25 week pregnant
I have done Echocardiography sonography today in which Sonology mentioned about baby'S kidneys:
Foetal kidneys show bilateral mild pyelectasts
Rt renal pelvis AP diameter 5.8mm
Lt renal pelvis AP diameter 8.8mm
I am also attaching image.
Could you please guide what should I do?
I am so much after seen such values. Doc said fetus kidney has swelling issue.

Nothing can be done now.. Treatment depends after delivery whether baby is able to pass adequate urine. Serial ultrasounds of baby may be required.
