Fetal echo
Please advise, is fetal echo is necessary? Heart appeared normal in anomaly scan and I don have any history of heart disease but it suggested in anomaly for fetal echo even it's mentioned as heart appeared normal. Is this mandatory or not required? And poor penetration is mentioned in a amply scan , fetal echo is suggested because of this penetration ? I am confused please advise

This question can be answered only by the Doctor who did TIFFA for you and advised Foetal echocardiography.
Surely he wouldn't be doing it as a routine for all patients.

Yes it's definitely advisable to get a fetal echo
As by the time u do the anomaly scan the heart has not fully formed
