Fertility issues - Second opinion
I conceived in May 2023 but had an early miscarriage in July 2023. I am trying to conceive since then but nothing so far. Blood work is normal, however AMH is only 7.6pmol/l. Day 2 FSH 9.9. TSH 1.76.
My left ovary indicates that I have 28mm and 16mm cysts consistent with endometriomas. Normal semen analysis for husband. Doctor has advised me to go for tube exam next (HSG) to rule out blockage/scarring due to cysts. My periods are normal slightly painful on first day. I am 31 years old. Will I ever be able to conceive normally or only IVF?
Should I proceed with the HSG exam? Is this really needed? Are there any other suggestions for me to get pregnant? Thank you doctors your help!

HSG is a very simple test it’s better to undergo the test. Donot over think it.
