Need a second opinion.
I m diagnosed with large paratubal cyst in my right side of tube. I had abdominal pain. Intermittently and sharp pain many episodes a day for last 1 month. Recently, I did an ultrasound which detected this condition. What should I do? Any opinion?

Get a sonosalpingography  done to see the patency of the tube. It is a partial cyst. Only the cyst wall should be removed even if part of the cyst wall remains adherents to the tube. The aim is that there should be no damages to the tube.
