Hello yes you can take
Panta bhat is best eaten during summers as it has cooling properties. The overnight soaking leads to slight fermentation, so the dish is rich in probiotics and good for gastrointestinal health

The left over rice soaked in water is good to be consumed by normal persons, it contains increased quantities of B vitamins which in fact can energise the body throughout the day and also fermentation increases the No of bacteria which helps as a Pro- biotic and helps in better utilisation of the food consumed.
But in your case dear friend since you are pregnant and you are telling that the place where you live is very hot ( certain factors the temperature and duration and time of storing might alter the composition of panta hence if you are not too careful it migh cause reaction.
Hence it is better to avoid this, instead consume buttermilk, water in which two to three drops of lemon is added to prevent dehydration.
Eat fruits like water melon, papaya, tender coconut which has lot of water content.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Fermented rice, or Paanta Bhaat, is a traditional food commonly consumed in eastern regions of India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. It is usually prepared by soaking leftover cooked rice in water overnight; the rice is then consumed in the morning with salt, chili, and other spices.
As for whether it is safe to eat while pregnant, there is no evidence that eating paanta bhaat in small amounts is bad for you or your baby. In fact, fermented foods like paanta bhaat contain beneficial bacteria that may help promote a healthy gut microbiome, which is important for overall health.
However, it's essential to ensure that the rice used to make paanta bhaat is fresh, properly cooked, and has been stored correctly. Storing rice for too long can lead to bacterial growth and food poisoning, which can be harmful to you and your baby. Also, ensure that you are not allergic to any of the spices or ingredients added to the paanta bhaat.
In summary, consuming paanta bhaat in moderation is generally safe during pregnancy, provided that the rice is fresh, properly cooked, and stored correctly. As with any dietary changes during pregnancy, it is always a good idea to consult your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your diet.

Hi,
It's advised not to take long pre made meals & leftovers. It might cause acidity & gut disorder which are not going to be safe for you & your baby. Take fresh & home cooked food as far as possible. Thanks
