Feet sole burning
I feel burning/inflamed in the sole of my feet only at night time after 10-11PM. Also sometimes I feel the same on the palm of my hands. What might be the reasons?  please suggest what I need to do to avoid the burning.

It could be vit B12 deficiency. Please mention if you follow vegetarian or non vegetarian diet and if you have any other symptoms. Get a S. Vit B12 blood test done and follow up
